Marcus E. Raichle, Jr. is one of the trailblazers in asbestos litigation.
Marcus has practiced in the area of asbestos litigation for over 28 years, exclusively handling mesothelioma cases since 2000. He has participated in hundreds of mesothelioma cases all over the country in nearly every state. His litigation experience includes numerous multi-million dollar settlements and multi-million dollar verdicts.
Marcus attended Washington University in St. Louis, MO majoring in Political Science and minoring in Business, graduating in 1988. He graduated from the University of Tulsa College of Law in Tulsa, OK in 1992.
Marcus is happily married with three young girls.
Experience
Immediately following law school, Marcus worked as a Legal Assistant and as Development Director of the ACLU of Eastern MO, until 1994, when he began his career in asbestos litigation.
